What if success is really a mind game?

Hi, Reader

First, I owe you a quick apology.

I’ve been pretty quiet the past few months.

That wasn’t because I disappeared or lost interest in what we’ve been building together. The opposite actually happened. I’ve been spending a lot of time stepping back and thinking deeply about something that has been at the center of my life for years:

Life really is a mind game.

And if that’s true, then like every game… There must be rules.

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on organizing the ideas and principles behind something I call:

Life is a Mind Game. Be a Winner. The more I’ve thought about it, the more I’ve realized something important.

Most people are trying to achieve goals — lose weight, start a business, improve their health, build confidence — but they’re trying to do it without understanding the game they’re playing.

So they end up fighting themselves.

They feel like they lack discipline.

They think something is wrong with them.

But what if the real issue isn’t discipline at all?

What if it’s simply that we’ve never been taught how the mind game actually works?

That’s what I want to start teaching.

Inside the LMGBW Facebook group, I’m beginning to share a simple framework that explains what’s really happening in our minds when we try to change our behavior.

You’ll start meeting some of the characters in this mind game:

• Shugee – the Sugar Monster that pushes cravings

• Frankie – the Fear Monster that whispers “what if you fail?”

• Ollie – the Overthinking Monster that keeps you stuck analyzing

• Cozmo – the Comfort Monster that wants you to stay where it’s safe

• Debbie – the Discouragement Monster that shows up when progress feels slow.

These “monsters” represent the invisible forces that quietly sabotage our goals.

Once you learn to see them, something powerful happens.

You stop thinking:

“I’m the problem.

”And you start realizing:

“Oh… that’s the monster talking.”

That awareness changes everything.

Because when you understand the game, you can finally start winning it.

You start becoming your own hero.

Over the next several weeks in the LMGBW group, I’ll be sharing the principles of this system and how you can begin using them to move toward the goals that matter most to you.

If you were part of the group before, I’d love for you to come back and jump in again.

And if you haven’t joined yet, you’re very welcome to join us.

You can find the group here: Life is a Mind Game - Be a Winner Reader

I truly believe that when people understand the mind game, achieving goals becomes much easier than we’ve been led to believe.

And I’m excited to start sharing this with you.

Talk soon,

Janna
